Whilst we have every confidence in our products, occasionally things can go wrong.
1- If a product is clearly damaged, visibly different to the item you purchased, or is justifiably unsuitable within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will either refund your money or offer an immediate replacement ( if in stock ), as long as the goods are returned in the ORIGINAL CASE.
2 - Beyond 30 days and up to 365 days after purchase, we offer a free repair for faulty products, but NOT if the fault is, in our opinion, caused through misuse, inappropriate use or abuse.
No free servicing or sharpening apply ( as described above ) if you have NOT returned the product to us in the first instance. Use of a third party to repair, reset or sharpen Abbfabb Grooming Scissors within 12 months of purchase NEGATES any right to refunds, replacements and free repair or sharpening.
Further, we do not offer free servicing or sharpening if the scissor develops a blunt edge due to being used as intended, or through wear and tear.
Postage on all returns is payable by the sender.
We do, however offer a full repair and sharpening service of all scissor brands, for routine maintenance which is chargeable.
